Privacy Policy

What we collect

We process your account identifier and email address, selected venues, date and time preferences, notification subscription details, subscription status, and limited security logs. We do not request or store your ActiveSG password, Singpass credentials, or payment-card number.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide court alerts, enforce your subscription, prevent abuse, support the service, and meet legal obligations. Payment data is handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms.

Sharing and retention

We share only the data needed with hosting, notification, payment, and authorized availability providers. Alert preferences are retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymised when no longer required, subject to legal and fraud-prevention obligations.

Your choices

You may disable notifications, deactivate alerts, request access or correction, and request account deletion. Contact privacy@courtwatch.sg. Singapore users may also raise concerns with the Personal Data Protection Commission.

Security and transfers

We use encrypted transport, least-privilege secrets, signed payment webhooks, server-side authorization, input limits, and access logging. Providers may process data outside Singapore with appropriate contractual safeguards.
